Level 5 - Energy decays less while using the Seance table.Level 4 - Perform the Ghastly Ritual on a Seance table to turn into a ghost for a time.Level 3 - Summon Bonehilda unlocks, along with Invoke the Dead (Summon a random? ghost).Level 2 - Allows you to do group seances, which gives everyone some Medium skill xp and perhaps makes them more successful.Level 1 - At first, you can only Sense Spiritual Volatility (check how haunted) and Perform the Ritual (attempt to make the lot more serene).This is a very simple skill so is not worth a full guide page. Medium uses the Seance table found in Build/Buy (which comes pre-assembled with a crystal ball and four chairs). Medium is a new Minor skill that comes with this pack.

It is possible to communicate with them and offer them gifts in return for collectibles. The green type are mostly friendly, blue not-so-friendly, and red are downright mean. There are several types of Spectre that appear (mostly after 9pm) during a haunting.
Spectres These are friendly Spectres, but Sims still get scared. These objects reduce the lot's Serenity value, and the lower that goes the more haunted the house becomes. Things like goo puddles, creepy hands, and evil dolls will appear inside the home and vines may grow outside. While playing in a Haunted House, objects may appear at night time. This emotion is not restricted just to ghosts, but also to things like lightning strikes.
Sims can do things while scared but will stop being very helpful once Terrified. The patch that came with this pack introduced a new Scared emotion to the base game that is heavily used with this pack. New Scared Emotion Scared is a new Emotion in The Sims 4 This does mean the only type of lot that can have a haunting is a Sim's home. It's also where you'd change to Tiny Home if you have the Tiny Living stuff pack. This is not a Lot Trait, so you go to the top-left menu where you set the lot type, and change to this option. While we already had ghosts in Sims 4, this pack features a new type of haunt (Spectres) who appear at night and make Sims uncomfortable.
